When should guests arrive?

Guests may begin arriving from 5pm. Time will be allowed for all guests to have their tickets scanned to enter the venue, before the Ball officially begins at 5:30pm

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes! Our venue is definitely wheelchair accessible. If you have any concerns, please reach out to our team!

Are there restrictions on attire?

Yes. No real weapons will be permitted in or around the venue. Fake weapons may be allowed, subject to the discretion of security and event staff, under our Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, please consider other guests when choosing your outfit. As much as we love a diva moment with a massive train, that could make it difficult for other guests to enjoy their night. Are companion card tickets available?

Yes! Please reach out to our friendly staff via our website to organise a discounted ticket for your carer

Will you be catering for dietary requirements?

We will do our very best to cater for all dietary requirements. There is a question at ticket checkout asking for your dietary needs, and we will reach out to you if there are any issues.

Is there an age limit for the Ball?

Yes, all guests must be 18 years of age at the time of the Ball. Guests will be asked to show ID as they enter the venue.

What do we need to bring on the night?

The main thing guests need to have is ID to show security as you enter the venue. Other than that, bring your fae ears and dancing shoes!

Is free parking available on site?

Yes, free parking will be available at the venue. Our staff will direct guests to a designated parking area.

Will there be other drink options available?

Yes! Guests can purchase any other drinks they would like from the bar.

What is included in the ticket price?

- unlimited drinks until 9:30pm (subject to RSA guidelines)
- food platters, with sandwiches, wraps, charcuterie, fresh fruit, and desserts
- entertainment
- access to our Book Fair with local businesses and small authors!
- free gift bags at the end of the night
We will also have fun games with the chance to win great prizes!

Why is there a booking fee?

Inkwell Events has strived to minimise the cost of tickets for our guests. We have chosen to use Humanitix as our ticket provider, because their fee goes directly to support charity!

Will there be a quiet space separate to the Ball?

Yes! We have ensured that guests will have access to the connected Merlot Terrace for some fresh air if needed. We can also arrange access to other spaces if any guest feels overstimulated at any point.
